Outgoing mail won't outgo

It's 9:20 PM and SMTP refuses to send my mail.

I tried it without any success using two different mail processing
softwares.

Is there a problem?

I don't know if this problem was fixed by anyone here. 11:00 PM,,
outgoing mail outwent.
