The flow of incoming articles seems to have stopped at about 02:00 to
03:00 and posting to an external news group doesn't appear to work.

I have a backup account with a commercial ISP that is working just fine
so it's not a problem for me personally, but, I would expect that there
would be other NCF members that would be impacted by this.

There is a job that runs on the first of the month, every month. It
starts around 4am, and usually finishes by 9 or 10am. Today it was still
running at 12:30 for some odd reason, so I've killed it.

If killing them all to a man is not an option then you are better off to
simply leave them to slowly self destruct under their own incompetance.
